Since February of 2024, my role has been Lead Manager, Communications & PR, handling all of our frontline employee communications for the Sales & Distribution organizations of over 27 thousand employees. This includes quarterly earning and results messaging from CEO John Stankey, written communications and press releases, various videos and scripting for different projects, and Around the Globe - a weekly internal production that reaches all 140,000 of our employees. I also am responsible for our Frontlines Communications Hub - an intranet site that is the dedicated repository for all of our internal messaging.

AT&T x All In One
Launching in July of 2023, AT&T’s new All In One offer is the product of an all new converged space, where seamless integration of Wireless and Fiber spaces mean we can build multi-product households.
AT&T x Oldham County
A massive $39M Public Private Partnership in the heart of Kentucky just outside of Louisville where we will service over 160,000 addresses with our super fast AT&T Fiber service. This partnership will made us the exclusive Fiber and networking partner for the county where AT&T has struggled to make an impact, Oldham and Vanderburgh Counties stand out as big wins.

AT&T x Kentucky Derby
With the $39M Public Private Partnership with Oldham County Kentucky, I helped build awareness and interest by assisting with our sponsorship of the 149th running of the Kentucky Derby in May of 2023.
AT&T Fiber Installs
One of my biggest projects in the role so far, the AT&T Fiber Install campaign is also the most outwardly visible. Every customer who signs up for new AT&T Fiber service receives this video in their sign up text messages and emails, and again when they confirm their appointment. Setting proper expectations with every customer is key for a successful install.

Erin Scarborough, AT&T’s President of Broadband Growth and Development, tasked me with running her initiative: driving shared learning experiences, and coming together as an organization for philanthropy and events.
AT&T x The Source
To replace the AT&T Fiber Newsletter, an internal resource for AT&T Fiber Market Teams, Operations Staff, and Region and Market leaders, I developed “The Source” housing all of our tools. The Source has grown and adapted with the organization, now expanding all L1 or higher managers across the company, getting over 1500 unique views monthly.
