Wolters Kluwer
I was brought into Wolters Kluwer in a contract capacity to help solidify the communications strategy going into their new phase. My role is all encompassing, involving video and written communications - but to make the most impact, my writing skills were used in conjunction with video and other strategies. Take a look at the video below, where I used written campaigns in Viva Engage, email, and video programs.
Initially, I was tasked with organizing a vast catalog of videos that had been built over the previous years, of highly-technical hour-long videos in the */dxg Talks webinars. I identified the issue with the back catalog - nobody was going to watch these hour long videos to get to the key takeaways from the video. I worked with our engineers and developed wireframes and strategies for four distinct Generative AI characters: one that would take the role of a news caster and give the key takeaways from all of these videos; a company messages manager - think big picture from HR or a new green company initiative; an analytics reporter that would give updates for numbers; and then AI Dennis - a generative AI representation of real-life Dennis Cahill, the */dxg CTO who could then deliver big company strategy and initiatives, without taking from his busy schedule.
The big picture of this initiative is that */dxg’s internally developed AI platforms are the backbone of the development of these assets. While this is a timesaver and a great place to reduce overhead, this is a great representation and showcase of the work that the Wolters Kluwer engineers are doing all the time.
Take a look at the Holiday Message from Dennis Cahill in 2024 - I made this in coordination with our Generative AI engineers. In this example, I also utilized Viva Engage - the internal social media site that we utilize for these less formal communications.
