I’m Jon Guzicki: an award-winning story-teller, a talented multi-media communicator, and experienced brand builder. I’ve been trusted to handle the communications for executives in AT&T over the last year and a half, but long before that I’ve been an ambassador for the company to our many subsidiaries, partners, and dealers. I’ve always been the go-to where there’s an idea, but not a clear path to get it accomplished – I've demonstrated a unique ability to decipher the best approach and put the pieces together to create something successful. I’m open to feedback – in a constantly changing dynamic of technology, I know that whatever we do can be built on and improved on. My iterative mindset in developing plans and projects has brought me to AT&T’s headquarters where I sit over the United States’ Fiber build and development. My team handles all of the advertising, communications, and strategy for go-to-market where we bring things to the public’s eye, and then to execution and growth where in 2022 we had 1.2M new subscribers to the service, and in 2023 so far we’re on pace to beat that milestone. My work is across att.com, and has been distributed for tens of thousands of views nation-wide; in fact, one of my videos goes to every single new AT&T Fiber customer to help them get more information on how the install works and what they can expect with our service. I’m also responsible for building engaging content to better equip our teams internally to deliver the most information to their clients in the most accessible way possible.

 

Through my career, I’ve always been excited by the prospect of growing with the company – in this age of constant movement and job-hopping, I’ve been loyal and trusted my own personal growth would mirror the results of the company. The better I do, the better the company does, and I’ll be recognized and pushed forward. After some recent changes, I’m very excited to see what exists outside of the bubble that is AT&T, and explore the possibilities how I can impact other organizations with my talents and experience. From massive jobs like the $39m public-private partnership that helped Oldham County, Kentucky get AT&T Fiber accessible at every address, to helping with personal initiatives like the President of Broadband Distribution, Erin Scarborough’s, passion for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, to helping build training classes that help our teams win, I’ve always had the pulse of what my clients need to get to the front lines – and get it there in a way that is the most impactful.
