WIthout that - you don’t have the trust of the customer, and nothing goes well. My role was to find a way to get as many eyes on this video as I could. I partnered with our in-house InFocus Productions team, and helped build this video. I worked across channels with our partners in email communications, brand marketing for att.com, and our automated text messaging engineering team so that customers get this in their emails when they sign up, they get it again in their text messages when they confirm their appointment, and then if they go to their att.com profile, they’ll see it there too until their install is complete in the event that they might have more questions.
